Accompaniment by James Pitt-Payne:

Lyrics

Now that everyone is praying for the world’s disarmament
And is seeking for the right above the wrong
While every eye is turned upon our noted President
This little song may help the cause along

Chorus
Sing all your ships in the ocean blue
Throw in your guns and torpedoes too
Many brave hearts are asleep in the deep
I hear them praying and while the wild waves keep on saying
Let’s have a good ten year Holiday
That’s what we’re all thinking of
Let us get together soon
Have a Peace time Honey-Moon
And Sail on the Ship of Love
