MIDI Sequence Piano Player

Let’s build this together. Ours will be one piece that will lean up against any piano. It will be light-weight and not too expensive to make.

If you build this, you can use our MIDIs to sing to real pianos. You will also be able to play classical music, marches, ragtime, ballets, operas, piano rolls and more. Amaze your friends and have them sing, too.

It uses 88 solenoids, an Arduino and what else? Redesign. I want it to stand on the floor with the control board close to the keys so the wires don’t have to be very long. There can be a single shared ground wire.

Not a “player piano”, but a “piano player”. Read this for background:

Fred Feild's email is screamnj@msn.com. I use Cubase to recreate old popular songs from sheet music. On this site you can listen to full songs you can't find elsewhere. I can show you how I create them.
